Our range of Hi Flow manifolds are second to none, Over time we have grown our range to fit the majority of engines out there on the marine market, To give you idea of what goes into the production of one our manifolds, A manifold begins at he Foundry where it is cast from Marine Grade Aluminum, from there it moves onto the Machining Table where it is precision machine to within 1/1000 of an inch. Next on the line is a though visual examination followed by pressure testing where each manifold in internally and externally tested at 75psi. After this the manifold is treated in a bath of chemicals to aid in preservation of the aluminum. From here it is time for Powder coating and another machining and examination before assembly and packaging. All Hi Flow Manifold come complete with all necessary bolts, gaskets, and clamps. A range of accessories are also available for special installations So what makes our manifolds better than others out there?
